The Bawmann Group is looking for an AC/AE with two- to five-years progressive experience in public relations, social media and integrated marketing communication campaigns.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of traditional PR and social media experience; be organized, efficient and very detail orientated; strong work ethic and able to navigate the complexities of agency work. Job duties will include:
-- Writing for the news media, the web, social media platforms, marketing materials, web copy, internal communications, etc.
-- Experience working with a team to design and produce advertising and marketing collateral materials (traditional and electronic) including but not limited to:
-- Ability to problem-solve and develop creative, measurable solutions to a host of marketing and communication challenges.
-- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Two to five years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Temp to hire:
TBG intends for this position to be a three-month temp to hire job. We have decided to go this route for many reasons, the most important of which is to ensure we have the right fit for the company going forward and we are the right fit for our new teammate.
